Selangor FC Women's Squad | First Round Of LWN 2024


The Selangor FC Women's Squad has recently completed the first round of the 2024 National Women's League after playing Melaka FA on September 8. 

As for now, the Red Giant Women's squad managed to jump up to the second position out of the eight competing teams with 13 points accumulated from one four wins, one draw and two defeats. Below are the results of the Selangor Women's squad match in the National Women's League 2024:-

The Selangor Women's squad has managed to score 21 goals so far. Ainsyah Murad is the team's top scorer with nine goal. Followed by Najwa Irdina with four goals. Then, Adrienna Zamzaihiri with three goals, Dian Aqilah two goals and Nurin Manan one goal. 

According to the head coach of the Selangor FC Women's squad, Osmera Omaro, wants the team to continue to improve their weaknesses and give better results for the second round of the National Women's League.

"The first year I took charge of the women's team, I saw that they were eager to learn to understand the coaches' plans even though they were mostly school students. From there, we see good progress from time to time. I am very grateful for the high commitment they showed in training and matches," 

"For me, the result of four wins, one draw and two defeats to some extent gave good motivation to the players to continue the second round with more enthusiasm. We need to improve more to give the best competition to other teams."

The Selangor FC Women's Squad will continue the journey for the second round in the next week and the league will most likely end in December. The schedule is as follows:-
